"Wonderful stay. Room oddity was the separate water closet had no sink to wash hands when finished. You had to walk across the foyer hall to the shower/sink room to wash up. Breakfast was worth the time and money. Hotel on a narrow alley with reception one floor up from ground level. For security, the elevator stopped at reception even when ascending to higher floor. It was not a bother. Hotel only a 5 minute walk from meeting point for many guided tours and 10 minutes from a varied selection of...

Delicious breakfast and also does an evening meal on the pretty terrace, perfect if you have travelled far and don’t want to venture too far, although they provided great recommendations nearby for our other nights. "Splendid hotel and well located in old city. The staff were exceptional. Always very friendly and helpful. The English concierge ( who spoke fluent French ) gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants and recommended a wonderful wine tour to the left and right bank which was so informative and personal. Money well spent !! I would highly recommend this hotel in such a vibrant and beautiful city. ✅✅"

"This is the most central location I have ever stayed in. So easy to pop back into the hotel during the day to drop off shopping, use the restroom, or just take a nap. Only steps from the tram line that comes in from the Bordeaux train station, the intercontinental hotel, Opera House and shopping streets."
