"Great customer service. Room was clean, and good size for 2 people. There was one day when I didn’t get housekeeping and I didn’t receive a receipt upon check out. The woman who checked the mini bar, did make sure I got housekeeping shortly after. It was a good location next to the Mercedes Benz stadium but the train cause so much noise. I was also charged for the mini bar. Didn’t think I’d be charged for using the disposable cups but I guess it cost me $16 for using it, even though I did not...

"We had a wonderful time at this property at Georgia Tech our first time in downtown Atlanta. It was modern inviting and very convenient. The room was very comfortable and the food that we had while we were there both at the breakfast buffet and in the evening at the bar was amazing. The price is right. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat."

"The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. In particular, the valet staff were great. They were working hard and still managed a smile and welcoming attitude. Also, the bartenders in "By George" treated us very well while we enjoyed a cocktail and a meal."

We had a major problem with Expedia and the staff on Saturday morning helped us out tremendously! There is a gentlemen named "Jack Russell" and he was so friendly as well."

"One of my best stays at any hotel. Everyone was very friendly and generous to lend a helping hand. From the gentleman who helped us unload our car, to the staff at the check in desk, to housekeeping, to the quick delivery of towels and servicing our ice and fresh water daily. There's free coffee in the bar area. Multiple parking options nearby if you don't want to valet with the hotel. Would stay at the Glenn again and would recommend to family and friends!"
