"Brand new facility so everything was extremely clean. Restaurant didn’t have any seating available 5-6:30 and we were there for concert so sat at the bar for quick bite and one of the best margaritas I’ve had. Wish the outside bar had tables to sit and eat at vs lounge chairs. Vallet folks were excellent."

"Element was a pleasant surprise!! Very spacious clean rooms and the hotel was easy to access! Parking is costly but we budgeted for it, so it wasn't an issue. Breakfast was a hit and quite cozy. This will be my go to spot for future ATL endeavors!!"

"We enjoyed being conveniently located downtown near the volleyball venue. The hotel offered amenities that allowed for anything we needed. The staff was always looking to assist us and we felt very safe."

"Great stay we will definitely be back. Very clean and the beds were soft. The staff was very nice and it is very close to everything. One of the things it is close to is a restaurant called metro and they are open for lunch breakfast and dinner 24/7. Its a really cool place and the food is great. One other thing that is right across the street is a CVS but that CVS has stairs that go down and when you walk out of the CVS it turns into a underground food court with a few stores and it was a...

"The receptionist was useless. Provided zero help in regard to possible parking options, since their valley parking was all full. During the night, there was a super loud music in the room next door. I called the receptionist three times just to get a response that the security person didn’t hear any noise. I have all recorded. Never , ever again in this hotel. Terrible staff."

"Nice hote in a convenient location. It could use a cosmetic update but it's clean and well maintained. The staff is eager to please and friendly. Breakfast was great! There's free coffee in the bar area. Multiple parking options nearby if you don't want to valet with the hotel. Would stay at the Glenn again and would recommend to family and friends!"
