"We had such a great stay here! The hotel was super nice and really clean, which is always a big deal for us. The location was perfect, most of the tourist spots were less than a 10-minute walk, so it made everything really easy. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and attentive the whole time. We checked in pretty late (around 10 PM), and they still took the time to greet my kids with a little gift, which was so thoughtful. The beds were honestly some of the comfiest...

"This hotel was in a good location to top attractions, but I stayed on the old side (south tower) didn’t know that when I booked it’s outdated bathrooms are small, and rooms are old decor, dark rooms was disappointing. Staff was good. "

"Room wasn’t cleaned, no coffee pods or cups, pool side food order delivered to room instead of pool, took 30 min to get valet parked car because there were so many people checking out. In fairness, the manager did give us a food credit for our trouble. This is a new hotel in a great location but it is understaffed for the number of area events it supports. "

"Everything with the hotel was nice, the staff, the room, the cleanliness. But there is no real lobby, a $300 incidental charge was taken at the beginning of check in which we had no prior knowledge of, no free breakfast, room service, the kitchen closes very early, no free basic feminine products, everything was extremely overpriced, and there were barely any amenities. If I could do this trip again, I would absolutely never stay here again. "

"The desk clerk helped us use our phone for airline reservations. The valet programmed our gps for the hospital visit. The bar was easy to get to and we enjoyed nachos and sodas as supper for both nights with a great view. Our trip would have been impossible without your help. Thank you and your friendly staff."
