"the room wasnt cleaned despite asking 3 times in 2 days
the room was about a 10minute walk from the lobby, escaltor/elevators, bridges over the road - insist you are in the main building
the restaurant 13 was a disgrace - place was empty but the woman made us stand until she was ready to sit us. blatantly ignorant and rude"

"We were put in a Dirty room that was under construction. There was no number outside of the room, then when we went into the room the lightbulb was out for the main hallway
Light. The AC was not working and we could barely sleep throughout the night. The staff at the front desk were not helpful when called about all the issues we had with the room. We were just told two nights in a row that someone would come to the room to try to fix the AC and to change the lightbulb no one came. Would not...
