"We recently stayed at this resort in Cancun, and overall we were pretty disappointed.
The staff wasn’t very helpful. We noticed they were much more attentive to older guests and guests who seemed to be American while our family who is Hispanic and traveling with young kids was often overlooked. It honestly felt like they only became friendly or willing to help after we tipped which was really disappointing.
Another issue was the kids pool. The lifeguards spent more time talking to each other...
