"When we arrived, we were given a room that was filthy. The front desk staff said that they were cleaning out the air-conditioning unit and they shouldn’t have given us that room. So they moved us to the third floor to a clean room. Well, the floors were sticky. The hand towels were clearly stained from somebody’s dirty hands. We honestly couldn’t wait to get out of there. The price you pay shouldn’t reflect the cleanliness of a place you stay in. I would not recommend displaced when anyone else. I don’t normally give negative reviews, but this was over the top bad. "

"This is a beautiful hotel! They have an awesome breakfast & a hospitality from 5:30-7:00 each evening that includes food & 2 beverages each included in the price. It’s right downtown & walkable to many restaurants & Whiskey Row & other places."

"You got to pay for valet parking and most of the parking is not on site, so you have to walk to get anything in your car, and the parking is 40$, wasnt listed that you had to pay for parking when I booked this room."
