"We had no water or ice, the breakfast in the morning was very terrible. All there was , yogurt, pancakes, cut up fruit, coffee was horrible. Sorry to say, I was expecting a lot more for the price I paid."

"This hotel is located in a walkable area with many restaurants and amenities nearby. Stayed on the 6th floor which had a great view of the city and mountains. The bed was comfortable and staff were friendly. but.....upon entering the room there was a musty smell. we initially assumed it was the cleaning products and we couldn't find anyway to open the windows for fresh air. we were too exhausted to change rooms. The following morning waking up we walked into the restroom to see the mold and dirty shower, and oddly a sink in the shower was a feature that seemed prison-esque. The hotel appears much older and dated than its recent remodel. The lighting is cold and not charming. I was really hoping for a better stay given the location....the mold and rusty metal design really missed the mark for comfort and hospitality. I think they were going for ace hotel vibes but instead landed at uhaul storage. I'd avoid this hotel until it undergoes a renovation."

"Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Pictures looked amazing online and came to something completely different. Paid for an upgraded room. Blinds were broken and thrown on the floor. No way to block people from seeing in the room. Toilet was broken and making pounding noises. Also in a VERY VERY bad area. Homeless people standing on street and in hotel parking lot."

"You can tell the hotel is a little dated it has a charming vibe in a great location if you need to be downtown. It’s close to a couple light rail stops so you immediately have access to places beyond Phoenix proper. There’s a great restaurant/bar below and across the street. The convention is nearby if you’re attending an event there. There is no way to control the air conditioning but my room was very comfortable when the temps outside were around 105°. Sheets and towels were very clean. The bathroom was nice, clean, and bright. The furniture is dated but some would consider them classic and it definitely fits the aesthetics of the building. Replacing the chairs should be considered since it didn’t feel like both in my room would be sturdy. There is no parking so you will have to pay for parking in a garage nearby or drive at least a 0.5 mile away for free street parking. Considering the area, make sure not to leave anything valuable within view inside your vehicle."

"The staff made check in very easy, the place is very clean, secure and centrally located in downtown Phoenix. The pool is gorgeous and has beautiful views of downtown."
