"J4 Hotel was a great stay. It is located in the back of the busy streets of Chaweng Beach Road. We had no noise disturbance whatsoever and the hotel was a convenient location to get around in Koh Samui."

"Id say its cheap and cheerful and you get what you pay for. But, tbh....its not that cheap and they certainly are not cheerful. One member of staff tried her best. The others did not. Never saw the manager doing anything work related. It would have helped as the electrics were going out 15 times a night for the first week. Plus some residents felt it necessary to slam doors all hours of yhe night (its a very echoey building) Told staff, she did nothing. Only on week two did they send a makeshift...

"Breakfast was very good with a wide selection to choose from. Good espresso coffee drinks were also included. All staff members were very helpful and accommodating and free bottled water was provided multiple times per day. The beach has fine white sand, blue warm water and extends a fair distance on either side."

"Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber jeden samstag ist es recht laut im Zimmer durch die party’s aber an den anderen Tagen recht leise. Sehr schöner strand 1 min zu fuss entfernt. Personal sehr sehr freundlich :) Wir hatten einen balkon auf der veranda direkt im Erdgeschoss da hat man sich etwas beobachtet gefühlt. Die Lage ist super man ist direkt am Geschehen, nahe am Strand und ein 7 Eleven ist auch nur 3min zu Fuß erreichbar. Hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt 👍"

"Hotel was generally ok. Our check in wasn't the smoothest process (despite arriving a day late) as we were taken to the wrong room. Resulting in a walk back up to the reception whilst they sorted this out. This meant our room wasn't ready and we had to wait around 20 mins for them to prepare it. Being in the only premium room in the hotel we expected a little extra treatment from the hotel but this wasn't the case. "We came here for our baby moon. We let then know in advance and the staff had prepared well to keep our stay convenient. Vegetarian breakfast was specially prepared for us. The room was super comfortable and spacious. The balcony and washroom are massive. The staff is extremely helpful. The beach is clean and cozy as well. Loved the stay overall."
