Our personal host, Pum, did a terrific job, assisting us in any wish or question we had, making our stay special to us. "The staff is incredible helpful and was very flexible when it came to check in and out. Highly appreciated. Arranges social events , so it was very nice as a solo traveller. The price is a bit too high for a standard room compared to what you get other places, might be because of high season, but all in all good. "
