"Room: Remember to check with the hotel for standalone shower cubicle if there are elderly in the party. As expected for Hong Kong being a concentrated or condensed city, the room size is considered spacious. Location: It was connected to Langham Place (shopping mall) via a link bridge. There is an entrance to Mong Kok MTR at the mall and there are many eateries nearby. So it is very convenient. Outdoor Pool: The size is quite small and not many of space."

"Maintenance staff were not well trained !!! Got problem with TV n staff was not able to resolve the problem n gave silly reasons for unable to do it. Problem sorted out only when asked manager to look into the problem !!!!!!! Have been staying in Eaton for years n never encounter this before "

"No transportation into property, lot of mosquitos in room, half to walk far to get car to pick up etc. Very difficult to stay here had to abandon the property and get other reservation money lost for this "

"Perfect stay! We arrived late at night, around 11pm and were worried no one would be at the front desk. There were 3 people there and 2 others at the front doors! Check in was easy and fast. The 2 rooms we booked were together as requested. Clean room, plenty of hot water in the shower and great water pressure. Good shampoo and soap, plenty of towels. Great view and close to the airport. Beds were very firm. There are only two outlets that we saw so if you need to charge multiple phones/items, be prepared. Fridge cold and AC working great. We would absolutely stay here again. "
