"Had a wonderful stay at Monte Carlo Inn - Toronto Markham. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a very comfortable atmosphere. The location was convenient and the overall service made the stay smooth and relaxing. Definitely worth it and would happily stay again!"

"Shuttle service does not operate 24/7 like others that are on a continuous loop, only appear to have 1 driver and it takes about 1/2 hr (or more) to wait if they have already left the airport terminal until they make there way back. Stayed March 22 & 30th.. Was not able to contact them upon arrival therefore, had to spend $60 on a cab to get to the hotel Same on the return (March 30th), called and still had to wait 1/2 hr. "The good: Location is great, lots of parking. Very quiet area. Seemed yo be a safe area. Room was all you need.amazing food within walking distance. Staff was friendly. The not so good: Bed was TERRIBLE. Unless you like marshmellow soft and sleeping like a pretzel. They lock the front door at 8pm, not a deal breaker, but not the most convenient. Toilet seat was broken. TV didn't work. Shower head had great pressure and temp, but was broken and more water went sideways then on you. Overall...

"Room very noisy was next to an ice machine that was vibrating very loud it seemed like the ice machine was in the room. Told front desk manager he replied that someone would look into it .Never a response never regulated the issue. They just ignored the issue."

"Although the hotel is small and dated, it was a lovely stay. We gave a 5 star because we were well treated and the price was right. The room was clean and before we came in, maintenance was changing a broken lamp shade. The walk-in shower was perfect, great water pressure for long hair. The bed was comfortable. The free parking and free continental breakfast was an added bonus. Also, it’s only a 20-25$ Uber Ride to the Roger’s Center or Eaton Center."

"Best Western is one of my favorite choices. Always clean, great beds and accomodating staff. The pool at this location was very warm. Loved it. And there was a sauna."
