It was in the carriage house, separate from the main house so it didn't have the historical feel. Plus you had to use multiple keys to access several doors. Room set up was a bit odd as it was an open space with the tub & bathroom sink visible. While shower/toilet had a door there was an open space above door frame. Room...

"Room wasn't prepared for the guest. No towels. no toiletry stuff. Had to call front desk and the staff taking time for ever to deliver it. Mgmt needs to fix this."

This motel is an excellent choice in the quaint town of Palmerston in the heart of farm/mennonite Ontario. Close to restaurants and relatively close to other tourist towns of interest including Arthur and St. Jacobs. We recommend"

"Noisy wall AC in the room. Sheratons should have central AC. The food was OK but I thought it would be a bit more upscale in a Sheraton. Plenty of parking. Helpful & friendly staff."

"The office staff was great. Allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage to return later in the day. Very nice and helpful. The only thing is we couldn't get the tv to work."

"The room was old looking. Beds were creaky. No hair conditioner in the room, bottle was empty. Breakfast was horrible. The pool was very small, it looked bigger in the pictures. Not worth the money and won’t be returning."

"The staff were brilliant and very friendly. There was everything you could want in a hotel room and more. There were two double beds and a double size fold-out sofa, a fridge freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher in the room. There was also free 24 hour tea and coffee in the lobby and free buffet breakfast in the seating area next to the lobby. The room was cleaned every other day and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay."

"Don't have a low battery on your phone. You need it to open all doors on the property. Great set of utensils for anyone bringing their own food. Wish they would provide tea bags as well as coffee pods."

"Everything was fantastic, the only thing that I was not excited about was the food that was served. The hot food was not great, the potatoes were cold, the ham was overcooked. Everything else was fantastic."

"The rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable. I was there for one night so didn’t need any kitchen items but it seemed well stocked. I spoke to staff a couple of times and person was very helpful. Restaurant in building was very good. Location is great…near restaurants, coffee shops & public transportation."
