"The breakfast was very good for this type of hotel and offered good value for the price.
The location was fairly quiet, and there is a Lidl supermarket only about 100 meters from the hotel, which was very convenient. However, it takes around 45–60 minutes to reach Madrid’s tourist centre by public transportation.
The main issue was the air conditioning in the room, which was not working properly and only ran in fan mode. When I asked reception about fixing it, I was told simply to open the...

"Staffless hotel so no welcome, no amenities at all - Travelling for business and this is certainly not a hotel to stay in for this purpose. No access to food or drink apart from a vending machine and limited local options. Part of the hotel seems to have permanent residents - music playing loudly until late.
