"Everything was nice and well maintained, only issue we had was in the shower. The drainage was clogged so the water spilled out a lot into the rest of the bathroom but we let them know and they worked on it pretty quick. Definitely enjoyed the stay & the front desk was helpful with directions to different places."

"We had a great stay here for 4 days during the World Cup for the Mexico v Ecuador game. Our room/apartment was huge compared to most hotel rooms and had everything we needed. Location was great too down a secure road. Special thanks to our host - Humberto for organising safe transfer to and from the Azteca for a convincing 2-0 win to Mexico. Gracias."

"I Rented the penthouse with hot tub and couldn’t get dry towels other than the 2 inside and 2 outside towels for 2 people wanting to be in and out of the water and enjoy. The next day we couldn’t do late checkout because the room needed to be cleaned because and was told it was rented that night. I would have preferred to stay up there but we were moved to the jacuzzi tub room and still no towels. I went out of my way specifically for the hottub and jacuzzi because I needed them for therapy. "La habitación limpia, solo que en los tres dias que estuve nunca hicieron el aseo y menos poner por lo menos otro rollo de papel, muy mal servicio por esa parte, tuve que comprar el rollo de papel. Tampoco cambiaron las toallas ni hicieron la cama. Menos barrer o algo asi. Según en su reglamento mencionan que despues de las 10pm hay multa si hay ruido, y a nosotros se nos fueron a instalar afuera las dos noches, unos tipos a platicar hasta las 2 de la mañana... y la multa? Y respetar el...

La habitación estaba limpia, las almohadas y las cobijas súper cómodas, y la televisión funcionaba perfectamente, además de contar con plataformas como Prime Video y YouTube Premium. Algo que me preocupaba por algunas reseñas era que la cocineta estuviera demasiado pegada a la cama, pero para nada. La habitación es amplia y los espacios están muy bien distribuidos....

The room is exactly underneath the properties gym so the sound of slamming weights and other gym equipment will start at 6:00 am every day. earplugs will not be enough. Good location. room is ok with the bare minimum necessities. Bare minimum. would not recommend."
