"The amenities were good, plenty of free food and snacks, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel is pretty central to the historic area so most things were walking distance or a short ride away. The front desk staff was kind and offered help always. The breakfast was decent but a bit inconsistent at times. We had the chilaquiles and the top half of it was warm whereas the bottom half was cold. The only “issue” I had was the cafe staff. Some of the girls were a bit rude, rolled their eyes at me, and laughed when I didn’t say certain things correctly in spanish. Other than that, for the price of the hotel, the amenities and the location made it worth it!"

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and quiet despite being in the heart of the Historic Center. The rooftop is a highlight—beautiful views of the Zócalo and excellent food, especially at breakfast. The staff truly goes above and beyond, making you feel welcome and well cared for throughout your stay. An excellent blend of comfort, location, and exceptional hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City."
