"We loved our room here! We had so much space and the bathroom was a great size. It was very clean and in a great area for food and night life. The pictures do not do it justice. And the elevator was a fantastic touch with it being on the 4th floor, definitely saved us from having to drag our luggage. Check in was easy and early. We wish we booked more nights"

"We were a bit skeptical booking a “guest house” but are happy we did so for this property. The owner was present when arrived and was very friendly. She lives on the same floor as the apartments she rents so is easily accessible if needed. It felt very secure. The doors into the apartments are pretty close to each other but we didn’t hear any sounds from neighboring rooms. "We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!"

"What a lovely place and location. You're right in the thick of Trastevere! The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our travel plans. Breakfast is a nice touch and the patio area was a nice place to sit an unwind after walking all day. The Piazza is close so it can be a bit noisy, but honestly, we loved to just have the window open and hear the crowd. Would definitely stay here again."
