"The staff are wonderful. Staff assisted cheerfully and efficiently. The Wi-Fi was consistent. The Buffet breakfast can be improved. Refilling of the buffet table was not efficient. Upon my arrival, the staff changed my room. However, the plumbing noises in the next room were so loud that I could hear them through the bathroom wall. I stayed in room #604 in the original tower. My view was lovely. Note: the terrace bar prices were exorbitant. "

I appreciated having plenty of hot water and strong water pressure from the shower every day, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only negative was that my room was on floor 1 and I heard a lot of street noise in the morning, but that is not the hotel’s fault as cdmx is a busy and loud city. "

"The hotel is not a place that you should stay for more than one night. I’m glad that I only did one night. Floor is very dirty, WiFi spotty. Have to leave your ID in order to get the AC remote. There were flies in my room. I had no food or refrigerator to even store food. So I’m not sure why there were flies. Overall, poor place to stay. "
