"Location is right across from the beach, but they have no area for beach chairs designated for them. They have two great pools but there is never going to be enough chairs to lounge on and most of the loungers are out in the full sun. The lights are far too bright up by the pool bar. The music they play is lovely but they don't do anything when guests decide to play their own - through either their phones or even a speaker. In fact this was my big complaint about the property. "What a beautiful boutique hotel! The location was fantastic for the Lantern festival and a short walk to the old / ancient town. The staff were incredibly accommodating. Loved having the restaurant attached to the hotel where you can try local cuisine without the stress of an upset belly. The pool was picturesque and felt extravagant. Love this property!"
