"Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte an mehreren Stellen von einer Renovierung profitieren. Wir hatten ein Clubzimmer mit Meerblick, das jedoch deutliche Gebrauchsspuren aufwies und nicht den Erwartungen an diese Kategorie entsprach. Zudem wurden defekte Glühbirnen während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht ausgetauscht und ein Haupt- oder Lichtschalter am Zimmereingang fehlte. Für Clubgäste ist zu beachten, dass das reguläre Frühstück nur gegen Aufpreis verfügbar ist....

"What makes sala amazing is Tram Tran and the rest of the staff. Never been to a hotel where the entire staff makes you feel this welcomed and willing to help. I had originally booked my stay and double booked at another as plans changed and didn’t make adjustments before the deadline. 100% my fault. Reached out to Expedia staff, they did jack all. "The room was lovely, the staff were so friendly, laundry service was fast and breakfast was good. The only issue we had was the location. The hotel did run a shuttle bus into Hoi an old town, but this was only 3 times a day. There were also building works across the road from the hotel which were very noisy in the early hours. "
