"The place was ok & the fishing village was wonderful. The host invited me to share some dinners with his family & I thought that they were being kind, but in the end he said that I owed him money for the food. I wound up trading him for the two nights that I had paid for, but wasn’t there. I had to stay in Danang the 1st night because the speed boat to & from the island only goes in the early morn & I had to leave a day early because of a storm coming & no boat running. "Overall the stay was pleasant and staff was helpful and friendly. But right before leaving on the day of checkout, we were throughly embarrassed by a staff member in the dining room. It was eventually sorted out after i told the hostess but by then my husband was so humiliated he left the dining room already. Kind of soured the experience."
