"The place was ok & the fishing village was wonderful. The host invited me to share some dinners with his family & I thought that they were being kind, but in the end he said that I owed him money for the food. I wound up trading him for the two nights that I had paid for, but wasnât there. I had to stay in Danang the 1st night because the speed boat to & from the island only goes in the early morn & I had to leave a day early because of a storm coming & no boat running. "This was the worst stay i had in all of vietnam. Upon arrival i was let down to find out the the pool closes at 7 pm which is so inconvenient because we went to the resort for the pool. secondly the pool area is so small, there were only like 15 loungers available out of the whole giant resort. the swim up bar was stupid and they expected you to bring your cash through the pool instead of just charging it to our room. anyways first day there i come home from dinner and thereâs a huge COCKROACH...

"Overall the stay was pleasant and staff was helpful and friendly. But right before leaving on the day of checkout, we were throughly embarrassed by a staff member in the dining room. It was eventually sorted out after i told the hostess but by then my husband was so humiliated he left the dining room already. Kind of soured the experience."
