"WE HAD TO CUT OUR TRIP SHORT BECAUSE OF THE NOISE, IT WAS BAD, WE WAS WOKEN UP EACH NIGHT FOR THE FIRST 2 X NIGHTS AND COULD NOT DO ANY MORE WITH OUR 2 X KIDS, THE POOL AREA WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION WITH BUILDERS CLIMBING JUST METERS AWAY FROM US WHILE MY DAUGHTER WAS SWIMMING. THE PICTURES ARE NOT WHAT YOU GET, IT WAS CLEAN BUT NOT WAS DESCRIBED. "

"The hotel and room were very clean, and the staff were generally helpful. However, it seems that not all staff fully understand what “gluten-free” means. I became unwell after being told that the vegetarian quiche was gluten-free, only to later discover that it was not. There are limited gluten-free options available, mainly pho and some gluten-free cakes and bread. Additionally, there was little attention to the risk of cross-contamination, with gluten-free items placed alongside regular food...

"The resort is huge and has much to offer. Big pool, convenience store for late night snacks, restaurant, large morning buffet. Lots to see and do. It looks like this resort offered much more in the past but covid might have caused a lot of places to close. Would definitely stay here again."

The hotel overall was very nice, we did have some plumbing issues with the shower draining properly but as soon as we reported it the hotel got it fixed right away. The rooms were well maintained and the staff was very friendly. "
