They check camera and that was the explanation. Otherwise staff in reception were very nice & helpful, clean pleasant hotel, very good breakfast"

"We really enjoyed our stay at RiverTown Resort Hoi An. The location is excellent, especially if you want to be close to Hoi An Old Town, where the bars, restaurants and night markets are. It’s also an easy walk to the beautiful lantern boats, which was a real highlight. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay — friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. "朝食が夢みたいに美味しかった！！最高でした！ しかし到着した翌朝は、朝からすでに暑すぎて、、このホテルの良いところ、吹き抜けの風を感じることができなかったのがとても残念でした。湿気がべとべとで暑すぎてせっかくの朝食を心ゆくまで楽しめなかったです。到着した日の夕方は、とても心地よかったのですが。（フロント～レストラン～プールサイドテラスまでの広いワンフロアの大きな窓を全開放するスタイル） ホテル全体、部屋の細部に至るまでデザイン性が高く、ジブリの世界観のような建築でした。ただ、使い勝手の面（特に水回り）では正直使いやすいとは言えないので、そこは何を重視するかですね。供給の電力量が少ないのか、ドライヤーが付かなかったりスマホの充電が付かなかったりする時間帯がありました。 それでも市街地までgrabで10分の立地でこの静けさは、素晴らしいものでした。 素敵なホテルなのでみんなにおすすめしたいと思えました。 そして朝食のためだけにでも泊まる価値はあります！"

"Super close to Hoi An old town, friendly staff and yum food in the restaurant. Pool is good for relaxing by with lounges and umbrellas but the water is quite warm. Room is very comfortable with personal control over the air conditioning (much needed)."
