"We loved our stay! The breakfast was especially good, with lots of hot and cold options each morning. Indoor parking was a big plus. Staff was helpful, although housekeeping missed our requests a couple of times, such as not replenishing the toilet paper when we requested, or taking the pullout bed's bedding away when we weren't done with it. But they corrected it. Note that you have to request housekeeping; they didn't come at all during our 4 night stay except when we asked for new towels, even though we didn't have the Do Not Disturb sign on past 9 or 10am each day. The room was very clean and the location was just what we needed, walking distance to the convention center."
