"Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. "the staff was great , very sweet and helpful. However the overall communication isn’t good, the food is never fully cooked. which upset my stomach a few times , lack of staff. Horrible room service. "We had a wonderful stay at this quaint little hotel located right on the beach. Our room was clean. Definitely not fancy if you are going for the pool, DON’T but the bar /restaurant, beach, happy hour were great. Staff were friendly and accommodating! If you love the Hilton than this hotel is NOT for you. "
