"Overall, my stay was pleasant, and the apartment's location—literally just two minutes from the boardwalk—is unbeatable. The place was cozy, but I would highly recommend the AC be upgraded to a mini-split system. While the temperature was comfortable at night, the current unit struggled during the day no matter how low it was set."

"Check-in was very disappointing. We arrived before the 3:00 p.m. check-in time and were told that if our room was cleaned early, we could check in sooner. On top of that, our room had already been changed from the one we originally booked, which was frustrating. We waited at the bar directly outside our room for over three hours. During that entire time, I never saw a maid or anyone cleaning our room. When I asked the front desk if the room was already clean and if we could go in, I was told no...

"The location is excellent as it located on the beach but accessing and getting onto staff was a real challenge especially in emergencies where you had any problems AI automated voice calls were not helpful at all especially when you are international guests. Emails were left unanswered. Needs better customer service."
