On top of that, our room had already been changed from the one we originally booked, which was frustrating. We waited at the bar directly outside our room for over three hours. During that entire time, I never saw a maid or anyone cleaning our room. When I asked the front desk if the room was already clean and if we could go in, I was told no...

"Location of the property is amazing just steps from the beach. When we got there the air in the bedroom did not work but the host had great communication and they came and fixed the air the next day. Everything was great on this trip."

"The location is excellent as it located on the beach but accessing and getting onto staff was a real challenge especially in emergencies where you had any problems AI automated voice calls were not helpful at all especially when you are international guests. Emails were left unanswered. Needs better customer service."

"It's an affordable place on the front line with an amazing views from a roof patio. Rooms are kind of wore off but clean, and what is very important, with a good AC. Management is super friendly and easy to reach. We love this place and always stay there on our Florida vacation."
