"The whole experience was not encouraging. Guest were not properly attended to and they seem short staff even to change bedsheets after four night. They offered to give me extra bedsheets to fix by myself. Very rude and nonchalant. Other guests will definitely have something to say!"

She really needs to get another non public facing job. The front desk people are the first point of contact for your hotel, and makes the initial impression. Hospitality is critical."

"The advertising doesn't reflect what they really gave us. We left the site 4 nights in advance. The furniture was uncomfortable, and one of the chairs needed immediate repair. The bathroom towels were very thin and old, and one of the large towels had some stains. This specific room is in need of urgent repairs and upgrade.
