"Room was just what I was looking for and steps from the beach. The parking spot was a huge bonus for my friend that stopped by or if someone had a rental as parking is expensive. Cleaning staff was super nice as I checked out and CASIOLA answered my questions right away. "

"Can't beat the price for the location. My son counted 75 steps from the front door to the sand on the beach. Not a ton of amenities, but no complaints from our family considering the price, location, and nearby entertainment within walking distance. Would stay again."

"The place is adorable. The location is absolutely ideal. Surrounded by restaurants and within a 1 minute walk to the beach. It is a great place with simple accommodations. The only issue we faced, are that the walls/windows are very thin and any outdoor noise/conversations were heard throughout the night. It was Spring Break so the partiers were out all night. "We really enjoyed our stay at Riptide. It’s an outdated building but is kept up well. Check in was a breeze! I was even given a quick tour. The coffee window is quite nice for morning coffee. The amenities are great including beach chairs etc. Would love to stay here again. "

"If you're looking for a great Beach vacation look no further than the Pearl! It is literally a steps from the beach and around some great establishments to eat or drink at. We love the Taco shack"

"This location is located steps away from the beach. They have plenty of amenities to include laundry soap, even a beach towel. The TV worked. The air conditioner was extremely cold. I did have to ask him to come and show me how to turn it down. The hot water did go out, but they came as soon as possible with maintenance to get it back up and running.
