"I booked this hotel expecting a proper 4‑star resort, but the experience was far below that standard. The reception area was extremely hot, with the main doors left wide open, which meant flies constantly entered the lobby. There were no staff present at reception for long periods, making check‑in and general assistance frustrating. Outside the room, there were many flies gathered near the door, and inside we found a spider web, which should never happen in a hotel claiming to be 4‑star....

Une salade de fruit dont le contenant est pas remplie. Le personnel à été agréable."

"This was the perfect resort style hotel to stay at for visits to Disney, Paris, and the surrounding area. The staff were very pleasant to speak with and were incredibly helpful! The breakfast options were superb, and the amenities made it feel like a Disney resort. The aesthetic was also super cool! Would highly recommend!!"
