"10/10! Stunning property, amazing staff, wonderful breakfast . Stellar location. Very happy with this hotel. We got here very early and were so jet lagged . Fell asleep in the second floor lounge area and the front desk staff came to find us and tell us our room was ready so we could go have a nap . Room was clean. Little treat on our bed and some nespresso coffee. Shower was lovely, room is soundproofed from the noise of downtown. Blackout shades as well for a nice sleep. Fan to cool off if...

Was told twice that the room would cool down but even after having the a/c on all night the room was still 80f 27.5c in the morning. Extremely expensive hotel to spend the night suffering in heat. Complained again the next day a little more vigorously and received a portable a/c. The second night was fine, but didn’t make up for the first night.
