"We were disappointed with the housekeeping and customer service during our stay. Our room was not cleaned, and the garbage was not emptied for three consecutive nights. The towels were also not changed during that time. Additionally, we found the front desk staff to be unfriendly and slow to respond to our concerns. We expected a much higher standard of service and hope these issues will be addressed to improve future guests’ experiences."

"The hotel was clean and was close to Biodome. The hotel restaurant The food we ordered (spaghetti, calmari, margarita pizza) was delicious! Our room had a bit of musty scent and the washroom sink was next to hair dryer which was attached to the wall. This is safety concern, suggestion the hair dryer should not be attached to the wall, while using the sink the dryer came off the hook almost landed into the sink. This is bad idea to have it attached right beside the sink. Overall the hotel is...

"After spending a long day in Montreal, we came back to our room which wasn't serviced so we had no fresh towels. After multuple attempts to reach front desk at 1am, we finally managed to get some towels and I said "great now we can have showers at least". That is when they informed us that the hotel had no hot water. I stayed up until 2am waiting for hot water and ended up having to just go to sleep without. What modern hotel runs out of water and has none at 1am??? Not at all a good...

"1) The air conditioner makes too much noise that I had to turn it off to be able to sleep. 2) You have to request to clean the room rather than having the room automatically cleaned on a daily basis unless requested not to be cleaned."
