"Great place other than understanding of accessibility rooms. Booked a specific type of room with bathroom bars for my spouse who has limited mobility due to Parkinson's. Online pictures were what was used to pick a room and a hotel. At check in we were told they had put us in a regular room. Staff at check in apparently did not have training on disability needs. Did attempt to get us in an accessible room but no bars by toilet and only one vertical one at tub. We just had to try hard to...

"We spent two nights here . Overall had good experience . Except First morning at 8:20 am breakfast area was chaos . They ran out of milk , only one container had cereal , no breads, no fruits . We asked staff to refill they said they don’t have milk and fruits, they gave container with oat milk partially filled . We are vegetarian (don’t eat egg too)so we anyways had options to eat cereals , oats with milk and bagels but that also we couldn’t. Only item available was we waffles(as content...

"Beautiful hotel however an alarm went off at 230am causing all guests to evacuate and not 1 employee addressed us or directed us to any further instructions. Was not very pleased with that as I was awake for the night."

"When we first got there we honestly enjoyed what we saw we came for the pool for my sons birthday. The pool was beautiful the outside area has an amazing fireplace and a fountain it has many shoting streams and a waterfall its heated. We ended up there on a chiller day out luck and it was still to cold for me but my son loved it and the room was awsoml"

"Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with good breakfast a block away from the riverfront park. The room even had kitchen appliances and a separate seating area from the bedrooms. The shuttle to the downtown is right across the street."

"My husband and I loved our stay at The Chattanoogan and would return. It is within easy walking distance of great restaurants (try The Feed Company!) and a short drive from other restaurants and attractions. My only complaint is that the housekeeping staff did a poor job of cleaning. When we retired to a "clean" room there were hairs in the sink, the toilet paper roll had not been refreshed, and, while this is really nitpicky, the cord to the hairdryer was sticking out of the drawer. "The breakfast was ok. I assumed when you had a Continental breakfast, there would be scrambled eggs, toast and bacon or sausage with it, but if you wanted that you had to pay for it. I guess the Hotels in Tennessee only serve cereal, bagels, apples, juice and coffee. Everything else was great except the breakfast."
