"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel ..."

Strand Palace Hotel
"The room is quite small, but the location is perfect. The room was ready, and early check-in was accommodated since I arrived around 10AM due to overnight travel. Felt safe as a solo traveler, and staff was pleasant. Would recommend and stay again."
