"I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a great experience. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a great variety of options each morning. The overall atmosphere made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others."

"They give this hotel a four star I will get this hotel a two star. It’s not the cleanest hotel you smell weed when you’re end of the building phone doesn’t work. You have to call the front desk to learn how to use the shower the people at the front desk, get very agitated."

"The outside needs work, although the inside of the hotel is really nice. The room was very comfortable and very inviting. It's just the outside unfortunately makes it look unappealing at first until you pass the doors."

"I don’t know where to start the broken windows, the broken shades, the deplorable parking lot, the vagrants hanging , out the sketchy reception area, I told the receptionist cancel my reservation and I found suitable lodging."

"They over booked themselves and made us change rooms ever night with no warning. Just knocking on the door and “you all have to be out of this room in 15mins” was crazy and they were so so rude about it. Never offered anything to compensate us for the hassle. 3 different rooms. A different room each night. Crazy. We got so disorganized and lost so much stuff because of how they made us rush to vacate the room because of THEIR issues. No apologies. No thanking us for moving in 15 mins. No nothing...

"The water smelled. You have to run it for a little while for the smell to disappear. The towels were dingy and stained. Bring your own. You had to go into another hotel across the way for ice. The staff was excellent but the smelly water and towels were disgusting. I guess you get what you pay for because it's priced well."

"We stayed in a handicapped room. It was very spacious for people who has wheelchair. We just wish they have a chair for handicapped in the bathroom. The staff was nice and their breakfast was good. My husband and I have been booking in different hotels for 2 months now. We are from DE, and he had PT &OT in DC once a week 2 days in a row. We liked this hotel since its very accessible, closer to DC and it fits our needs. This is our second time and in about 2 weeks , we will be coming back...

"Booked a non smoking room but it was definitely smoked in. Ash trays on both sides of the bed. Wobbly desks and chairs. Shower curtain had red marks (not sure if it was blood residue or not), it was torn in multiple places. My clothes smelt like smoke for days even though I checked out same day. Pillows were not bed pillows but looked like couch decor pillows. Im still trying to get my refund but it is a NIGHTMARE!"

"The room was dirty. There were insects everywhere. The bed sheets and towels had hair on them so clearly they weren’t washed. The sink didn’t have cold water. The door didn’t close so it needed to be deadbolted to lock. Didn’t feel safe, don’t recommend."

"Property did not meet expectations. Room was very awkward with TV viewed from the side of bed not the foot. Bath tub was extremely small. Window ledges were extremely dirty. Light from hallway was very visible in the room. Not very sound-proof. Noisy hallway. Toilet was extremely low. Few tissues were left in box and when used asked for replacement but was told they needed the empty box before a replacement was given. Pool was not available but was not made aware of this until after check-in....
