"This is a an abomination. The hairdryer room didn’t work, and the desk could not seem to find one for us. There was junk dirt and filth in every single corner of the room. The bathroom has peeling paint. The shower curtain rod was falling off. Check-in was a relative who was about 14 years old and did not know what to do and it took us 40 minutes to get into our room. Do not stay here unless you want to catch a disease."

"Room was clean. Halls, stairs, elevators were all clean and well maintained. Parking lot was clean and easy to get around. Breakfast was good. Staff was very polite. Will definitely book with again next year."

"This morning, to our surprise, there was no hot water for showering. We ran the hot water for a good 10 minutes, but we had no luck! Needless to say we were very disappointed by this inconvenience."

"Terrible housekeeping, I asked for housekeeping in my room 8am and no body showed up till 6pm . When I went to ask the receptionist the second time, she rudely said they busy and that they will get there when they can . I had so towels and full garbage in my room . Not going back again."

"During the visit, the property look good in the beginning, there were bugs coming out of the electricity sockets. Later that day when I ask the staff for another cloth and towel, he told me that there weren’t any more and that I would have to wait until morning. Not to mention, he made me sit there and wait for three minutes while he counted and recount his money, Will not be staying again."

"Hotel was outdated and in need of many repairs. There was a bad odor in hallways. Lots of permanent residents that live in hotel. No real amenities. The only plus was staff member Keke, she was amazing, super friendly and very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make are stay as comfortable as possible. Very knowledgeable about the area."

"Never again. Stayed here two nights for a business trip. The second night was unplanned, but when we arrived, we let the front desk know that there were two reservations under our name and we would be OK to just stay in the room we would be put in the first night, rather than switching from our queen room to the king room just for the night. We were never told that we had to re-check in the next day just that they would put a note on our file for the other workers. When we return back from...

"We stayed in a handicapped room. It was very spacious for people who has wheelchair. We just wish they have a chair for handicapped in the bathroom. The staff was nice and their breakfast was good. My husband and I have been booking in different hotels for 2 months now. We are from DE, and he had PT &OT in DC once a week 2 days in a row. We liked this hotel since its very accessible, closer to DC and it fits our needs. This is our second time and in about 2 weeks , we will be coming back...

"The front part was ok, but the price we paid wasn’t worth it. The beds wasn’t comfortable, we pull the sheets back in both beds it was hair in the bed…the furniture needs to be updated… the bathroom the shower curtain was dirty and we seen a roach in the bathroom."
