"My granddaughter, grandson and I loved the fact that our accommodations were in a train caboose. The train car was actually on railroad tracks!! The interior was very clean and well maintained. The grounds were clean. The staff were very friendly. We went on an Amish buggy tour which was very enjoyable. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at Casey Jones which is on the grounds. "I called to confirm our stay the day before our reservation. The woman who I spoke with said check in was at 4:00, but the rooms were usually ready early. I had reserved 4 rooms because I was traveling with several of my adult children. This hotel has a two story annex within walking distance of the main hotel, and that’s where our rooms were I attempted to check in early and two of the four rooms were ready. "Upon arrival, the lobby gave off a musty odor. Once we were in our room, we noticed the bed linens were dirty and stained. Further more, we found BED BUG shells. We immediately asked for a refund and left. Unfortunately, we were even unable to find a near by hotel and were forced to drive 3 hours back home in bad weather."

"Very spacious and clean room. Bed was comfortable. Good shower pressure. The toiletries were divine :) The free breakfast was very good. Eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, breads, oatmeal, waffles, cold cereal. Lovely attendants as well. Our room was above the busy street, so that got a bit loud at times. Would I stay again? Yes! I'd just ask to be in a room away from the street. Another note. Most businesses surrounding the hotel close up at 5p-6p, including restaurants."

"Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to the Sight & Sound theatre. Very clean and lots of food variety. Comfortable atmosphere. Outdoor pool and a couple little variety shops. We enjoyed the stay very much."

"I thought the inn was very charming. We were in town to see Sight and Sound and loved that the inn was just a few minutes away and had self check in. Would gladly stay here again next year when we’re back in town."

"Beautiful and quiet location. The room was clean except for back behind bathroom door. The bathroom door has to be closed to clean behind it and that didn’t happen on our stay. Besides that, I will stay again. Staff was in office to check in, friendly."
