Hotel dekat Cherry Hill Mall

"I enjoyed my stay, no complaints. I would definitely recommend. And will book again"

"This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The photos online were completely misleading and looked nothing like the actual rooms. The first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and was extremely dirty. We requested another room, but the second was just as disgusting. The bathroom smelled like urine, was not clean, and there were cockroaches. The conditions were completely unacceptable and unhygienic. It was very late at night, and I was traveling with my two children, so leaving...

"We had to change roomsafter we gottherebecause we had ants in the room. After we informed them of the problem they immediately sent someone to checkthe problem & switched our room for us. I'm confined in a wheelchair & require a handicapped room. Most places I stay at the bed is at a height for normal people. Here the bed is lower and makes it easier to transfer from my wheelchair"

"We liked that everything smelled fresh and clean. I notice pillows especially and these smelled very fresh."

"Property was clean and majority of staff helpful. Suite contains no microwave, one television for both sides of suite and “nightstand’ was a small portion of wood built into headboard which contained little space. Average stay however."

"The property was modern and clean. The breakfast was good. The main issues my family faced was the noise from people coming in around 2am & talking loudly in the hallway. We were there for an early soccer tournament so our night was often disrupted. We were put on the first floor which I will never accept again. Also through Expedia, we were offered “multiple beds” but in the end it was only a king bed & an uncomfortable sofa bed with a weird trundle bed underneath. I do not plan to use this...

"The room was a little dated."

"Friendly staff, great breakfast and easy to access location."

"Staff was helpful & very accommodating."

"Love this place. Stay here all the time"

"We stayed here for our anniversary and this hotel is so nice! The rooms are so neat and we loved it!"

"Our experience was absolutely unacceptable! We arrived at 12:20 AM and didn’t get into a proper room until 2:20 AM. After waiting an hour, we were given a room that was completely unprepared, with furniture and mattresses piled up and linens on the floor, as shown in our video. The front desk blamed Expedia for the reservation issues. We were then charged for an additional room, even though our king suite had a sofa bed that could accommodate us. We returned the extra room key and requested...

"My overall stay at the Hilton was great. I have no complaints comfy bed spacious room enough for me and my son clean peaceful environment definitely would stay again."

"Comfortable beds, quiet room, easy access to parking, bar/restaurant on site."

"Given wrong room. Shower and hot water were not working. Staff did move us to the room we were supposed to have for the second night and the hot water worked. So that was helpful. However, hotel is running down and showing wear. We stayed there a year ago and it was much nicer/better experience."

"It was very noisy. There needs to be door seals between adjoining rooms so that loud conversations aren’t heard. It made it hard to get a good nights sleep. Hotel needs updating also."
