Mais nous avons passé une mauvaise nuit: il fait très chaud dans les chambres et il est impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit d’une grosse machine permanente à côté, la lumière et la ventilation de la salle de bain restent très longtemps allumées après utilisation, et avec le prix, il n’y a même pas de déjeuner."

"The location being close to transportation and places to see and eat was very good. Room was small with no air conditioning and no small refrigerator but good for money. The female staff at the desk were extremely nice and helpful specially Tanya but the man at the desk was very rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all"

"I had a lovely and very restful stay at the chalet. The location has beautiful mountain views and is near to cable cars if you want to go higher up. The staff were helpful and friendly and made me feel at home as a solo traveler. The breakfast was top notch! Thank you so much and I hope to come again!"

"The hotel was a stop over on a train journey from Geneve Aeroport to Savognin… the long way via the Furka Oberalpass. Our room was simple and just perfect. Beautifully quiet for a good nights sleep. The welcome was warm, and dinner in the restaurant lovely… All staff were super friendly. "

Des améliorations pourraient toutefois être apportées, notamment en ce qui concerne la diversité de la carte du restaurant — actuellement limitée à un buffet imposé — ainsi que la formation du personnel, qui ne maîtrise pas toujours le fonctionnement de certains équipements. Le petit déjeuner, bien que proposé sous forme de buffet, gagnerait également à être revalorisé : certains produits ne semblent pas à la hauteur des standards attendus pour un hôtel 4...

"Having access to the facilities over the road in the Plaza Hotel was a real bonus. The walk along the lake path to Chateau Chillion is highly recommended."

"Great location, really close to the train station and the promenade. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Good breakfast at the hotel, which made getting on with our day nice and easy. The only slight negative was that we were there during a heatwave, and the central air conditioning system didn’t seem to cope very well - we ended up moving rooms and still needing a fan to try and keep the heat down. But other than that, we had a fabulous time in Montreux would definitely stay here again!"
