"The location was sketchy. There were open lots full of glass and trash on multiple sides. It's on a street with three different police stations and you hear sirens at all hours of the night. Just up the street in any direction are people smoking pot, sitting on stoops, and looking at you with a mean look. There is a homeless shelter on the next block. "The property is extremely nicely kept and in a wonderful central location. Well equipped kitchen facilities. All in all, a positive experience. Drawbacks: 1. No parking available on site. I had to park my car half a mile away overnight ($25 charge). 2. Small dining area. For my party of 6, there were only 2 bar stools. The rest of us ate on the sofa and chairs in the living room. 3. "BEWARE: You could be stranded after midnight outside the building - with no front desk manager to check in. No access to your room. No one to let you into the building. Fortunately, another guest let me into the lobby where I waited more than 30 minutes texting Sosuite for help.
