"Good place"

"Good location in Center city. Clean and nice space. The bedroom was quite small so suitcases had to be left in the living room. It should be mentioned before booking that that there is a deposit to be paid before check in details are given. Also the 4pm check in was very late as we had arrived in the country on an international flight earlier in the morning. It was however a nice place to stay."

"The communication was not very good. I kept having issues with the check-in. The only way I could straighten it out was to call directly. They put me on a side where construction was going on, so they were working from 630 am in the morning until 6 pm. I was happy with the room; it was clean and nice. It was disappointing that they couldn't put me on a quieter side. I didn't know how to contact them to solve this. The fact that everything was remote , left me with a bad experience. "They had to move us to a different hotel because the elevator was out in the press house. We stayed in the Williams and the experience was awful. The room smelled like someone was hiding trash in it, that on top of being moved further away from the parking I pre-bought was incredibly frustrating. We got in late so we didn't want to have to move rooms either."

"I booked last minute and the property is a 3 min walk from my daughters apartment so I got lucky! Perfect location. I only stayed one night so this was a little larger then I really needed however, this will be my go to when I visit my daughter. The apartment was huge! I was shocked to see the outdoor enclosed patio that I did not think was included in unit 2. I love how thoughtful they are with ear plugs on the nightstand and I used the ambient noise machine.
