"Perfect night stay and one for the bucket list as a local to Chester. Staff were extremely helpful and the continental breakfast was perfect , which we had in our room. Would definitely stay again!"

"It’s decent, needs a bit of maintenance work. Our room wasn’t super clean, bits in the bath and the cupboards had black marks on them. Hallways smelled a little of manure … The drinks were expensive too… Half the spa facilities were not working… Otherwise, the peacocks are a nice touch and the landscaping is beautiful. "Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. Kitchen is on lowest floor. Entry and dining and parlor are on street level, and there is no bathroom on that floor. So it’s a trek from kitchen to loo. The top floor...

"Parking wasn’t included so I had to pay £50 just for parking on top of the booking for hotel and in the morning 8 am there was a fire alarm was going on two days in raw and room service keep trying to come in when the sign is outside it was just not the experience that I was expecting"

I booked this hotel specifically because it was attached to the spa, and it was exactly what I needed after traveling.
