"I has a great experience at The Hilton. the staff was friendly and the food served at the lounge restaurant was excellent!"

"The woman at the front desk was kind while checking in. The room was average and had a slight musty smell that gave us a headache. There was a bar of soap in the kitchen sink drain with a washrag hanging on the faucet when we walked in. The bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom which wasn't convenient or private. We were making the best of it until people ran down the hallway pounding on the doors. We ended up leaving shortly after that. There was no one at the front desk when we left. I ran back in (because I forgot my charger) and a man appeared from the door behind the desk. At that point I was too exhausted to bring things to his attention. I think we lasted maybe 5 hours or so before leaving. Not a terrible spot, but not great either for the price. "

"The staff is friendly, the cleanliness is good, the utensils are good, the building is a bit of a problem. It smells bad of marijuana and cigarettes; they smoke in the rooms, because you can smell the bad odor in the hallways and the elevator. The parking is accessible."

"I have never in my life have stayed in a place like this!! It was my first time in Philadelphia walking in we were met with a drunk couple arguing to the point that police showed up-there were numerous drunk and high people everywhere-the rooms were falling apart the walls the ceilings had black mold and huge water stains-huge cracks and broken walls-ceilings etc. It was so noisy all the time. I was booked for 3 days on my last morning there I had gotten up and gotten ready and was getting my bags together to go out to my car when the cleaning lady knocked extremely loud and said check out is at 11am I said yes I'm heading out now and as she was walking away she yelled out in spanish "hurry up and get the hell out of here!! Goooo Homeeeeeeeee!! I came out of my room like a bat out of hell and told her they were rude and ignorant the room was very expensive for the crap we were in and it was not free neither did she pay anything for the room and she needs to know how she speaks she thought I was not spanish but little that she knows she messed up big time needless to say it was the most horibble experience of my life. NEVER AGAIN "

"The place stunk of marijuana, at one point I had to cover my nose because it seemed like someone was outside smoking, The tv remote was very filthy, I left a note for housekeeping. Otherwise it was clean and had adequate amenities. I would have preferred my room to be on the same building as the lobby "

"It was cute but no staff on premises and the only communication was an auto text. Microwave downstairs in common area, not in the room. The bed was higher than my waist and difficult to get into. The door code was very long and parking was near impossible so we had to lug our things 2 blocks in the rain."

"The bathroom had mildew in several places. There was no coffee in my room. The tables in the lobby were sticky and gross. We were not informed about breakfast availability and times. Parking should be included in the price of a room. "
