"Our stay was impacted by several service and facility issues. First, the housekeeping service level was not satisfactory. On our second day, our room was not serviced until around 4:30 PM. There were recurring shortages of basic room supplies, including paper cups and facial tissues. "Suites are very large and beds are comfortable. It’s a very quiet hotel but within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. Front desk staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast is the typical hotel buffet. It’s a newer hotel and quite clean. Parking is $35/ day and super convenient."

"Bianca Johnathan and Nick did a fantastic job, making sure that we were comfortable and happy. I told Bianca that we were there to see a baseball game at Fenway. We were upgraded to a room that overlooked the park, which was absolutely perfect. The view set the tone for the rest of the trip. I do wish, though that given how much I paid each night that it would’ve included breakfast rather than it being additional. They had plenty of cold water anytime and they gave reusable water bottles....
