"Staff were very helpful, except for one moment during check in at front desk a woman was extremely rude to my room who was checking in, her attitude was beyond belief, she had blonde hair and older woman truly frustrating but after that we were attended by very polite staff. Beautiful room very spacious, lots of natural light, very quiet, walls were very thick so nothing could be heard from next door, lack of trash cans was my only concern."

"Our stay was impacted by several service and facility issues. First, the housekeeping service level was not satisfactory. On our second day, our room was not serviced until around 4:30 PM. There were recurring shortages of basic room supplies, including paper cups and facial tissues. "The hotel is in an excellent location along the T line. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't use it again until we checked out. We used the T to travel to the Boston attractions. The decor is fresh and the room was very clean. There were a few maintenance problems: a dripping sink faucet and an outlet above the bedstand that was loose and coming out of the wall. Overall, we would return to this hotel and can highly recommend it."

"This hotel is in desperate need of a complete overhaul, as the entire property is falling into decay. The room I was assigned had a dirty, stained carpet and a foul, lingering odor. Worse, the window was locked and couldn't be opened, so the space likely hasn't been ventilated in years. The door hardware was literally falling apart, the floors, doors, and furniture squeaked incessantly, and the bathroom was stuck in the 1970s with broken fixtures and peeling finishes.
