"They are supposed to be crediting me back 1/2 of my last night. Stayed for 4 days and they never once cleaned my room even after I complained multiple times. We have stayed there countless times over the last 3 years but they have completely changed and it is terrible. "

"We arrived at 3 pm and stayed in room 410. The check in staff were well versed and had us checked in quickly. The Good: The room was surprisingly large, well lit and clean. Nice touch was the air purifier. Bed was comfortable. And hot water was hot. The annoying. Two things. The door into the shower/toilet area was to big to get in without stepping to the side. That sounds not so bad, but I did end up getting my small toe crushed in the door and needed to bandage it. There is a kind of...

"Staff were good. The breakfast did not have consistent options for protein. We stayed in three different rooms and the cleanliness was good, the maintenance could use some help. In the bunk room, the sliding door on the bathroom was off track and the door could not be locked or closed solidly when using the bathroom. In our double queen roon the towel rack was falling from the wall and the bottom rail fell off."

"Helpful staff; clean, comfortable room. Very nice quiet location on the edge of a residential neighborhood, very short Uber ride to anywhere. Breakfast was sub par. Best feature was the location."

"The front desk staff were absolutely miserable, unhelpful, and unfriendly. I thought there would possibly be a difference between the night staff and morning staff, but that was not the case. This was extremely disappointing and we felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. We were also very excited to use the pool, it was heated and at a comfortable temperature but all of the sudden a giant red light started blinking in front of the pool maintenance room. This was alarming!!! Nothing was mentioned...

"Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Service is good although we had a slight scare when they couldnt find our medicine in their refrigerator, but all turned out well. "

"Everything was exceptional except for the parking. I would defintely stay here again but if you do, expect drive down a service ramp and have to call the front desk to let you into a garage below. When coming back out, you need to call someone to let you out and the drive up the ramp. Its a bit risky because you are inverted and cant see oncoming traffic before you turn on the street."
