"Poor housekeeping standards. I arrived on Monday 10/26 and checked in to 3 successive rooms where all the beds had been made up with dirty sheets with hairs, debris, food crumbs, and a small leaf/ twig all plainly visible. The bed was clean in the 4th room although there were hairs on the toilet seat which I cleaned myself. "The staff was great and were very attentive and always eager to help with a smile. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking available upon request. Location was very good. No TV's which is fine, just make sure to have a device your children if needed. We do recommend and we will stay there again."

"Everything was great the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean"

"Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Service is good although we had a slight scare when they couldnt find our medicine in their refrigerator, but all turned out well. "

"Such a great stay! Didn’t realize that it was so close to so many shops and things. Will definitely keep this place in mind next time I need a place to stay in this area!"

"Clean, beautiful hotel in the best neighborhood. Staff is friendly and we loved that they offered “social hour” with a free drink every day for guests and left water bottles and little chocolates or caramels by the bed after turn down service. Only thing lacking was a treadmill in the gym for my husband but they offered gym passes to a local gym a few blocks away"

"Charming hotel with very nice accommodations. Located in a great area of Boston, walking distance to many places and a short drive to so much."

"Great hotel and a great team"

"Walk in the staff was so kind and helpful getting us with our own mini bottle of wine. We were right down the street from Chinatown as well as the orange line which takes to the north station that will take you all the way down to Salem. We were also next to Seaport and we just had the most amazing time!"
