"They are supposed to be crediting me back 1/2 of my last night. Stayed for 4 days and they never once cleaned my room even after I complained multiple times. We have stayed there countless times over the last 3 years but they have completely changed and it is terrible. "

"Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The air conditioner in the room was broken and they sent someone immediately. Unfortunately, the fix was short-lived. They moved us to a new room without any issues."

When a staff member did show up on my third day I asked for a blanket because it was cold and he told me they don’t have them. No cups, dirty sheets, a bucket under the sink to catch the leaking water from the pipes. The property is not maintained well no phones for emergencies and five flights of stairs and I wasn’t even on the top floor.. Not ADA compliant. Hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast is a granola bar or packet...

"We arrived at 3 pm and stayed in room 410. The check in staff were well versed and had us checked in quickly. The Good: The room was surprisingly large, well lit and clean. Nice touch was the air purifier. Bed was comfortable. And hot water was hot. The annoying. Two things. The door into the shower/toilet area was to big to get in without stepping to the side. That sounds not so bad, but I did end up getting my small toe crushed in the door and needed to bandage it. There is a kind of...

"If you have an early flight, there’s no coffee until 630 am so I could not have coffee, if you want ice you have to call the front desk to bring you ice. I would not pay that kinda money to ever stay there again. Only good thing about this place was the staff and the distance to Fenway Park. Even the Valet lady did not thank me for the tip. Never again staying there."
