"The property is welcome to pets. I saw many dogs while i was there. Also, excellent workspace area and dining room / bar area."

"The bathroom was terrible. To take a shower was to flood the bathroom floor. We were on the 7th floor on the side with the Mass Pike and noise all night. And who knows how to raise the blinds. I looked and looked and found nothing and to believe that the blinds were to stay down is unbelievable. Over all I will never stay there again. On top of all else the staff could not give directions to the hotel and what little they told us was wrong"

"The overall condition of the room was run down. Not impressed with the breakfast . The variety was limited and the breakfast area looked like my room, run down. The staff seemed friendly but the rooms are in need of major renovation. While talking to other guests I was told to beware of cockroaches and bed bugs. Not a good sign."

"This place is awesome. Reminds me of the old inns in Cape May, NJ. I checked in on an unusually warm day in Boston and the staff offered me a cooler room on a lower floor. So kind! The bed was comfy, the shower was hot with good water pressure, and it was quiet. Great, walkable neighborhood as well! I’d definitely stay here again."

"This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I was in Boston for a conference at Harvard and would normally stay at the Newbury but tried this for convenience. It felt like a luxury hotel with the service and the fresh design. "

"Staff were very friendly and the main areas were very clean. Our room did have some faucets that would leak for more than 10 minutes, the lights turned on, randomly, around 12:00 a.m. but these were minor inconveniences. I would recommend staying here for close proximity to medical centers in the area. "

"All the amenities were excellent. The breakfast was fresh, the room was clean, the staff was professional and friendly, and the shuttle to the hospital was truly a life saver. Our shuttle driver, Alan Montalvo, was especially kind and friendly. Great experience all around."

"The hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The kitchen has basics and work well for breakfast and lunch. Close access to Moody Street is great for dinner. The room was very clean and the staff provided towels and sheets as needed. The only thing that could have been improved was booking and checking in. The hotel only opens bookings a few weeks at a time, which makes planning ahead a little bit harder. Our call to ask a question about the hotel before booking was unanswered...

"This was a great place to stay!! Easy to book/check in and out, clean, aesthetically pleasing and in a perfect location, attached to 2 great restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Service is good although we had a slight scare when they couldnt find our medicine in their refrigerator, but all turned out well. "

"If you are parking a car, it is self park and the garage is very dirty with rubble and poor lighting. That being said, it was convenient to park on site. You can tke your car in nd out whenever you want. "

"Needs a microwave. Zero access to local TV stations but plenty of streaming less well known stations that had little interest to us. Towels were flimsy. "
