The first room was on the third floor and was very small but was fine for two people. It was clean and had everything we needed. "My trip was cancelled due to a booking problem on my end. When contacting the hotel, everyone was friendly and was able to address my refund. While I didn't stay there, it left a positive impression and I will definitely stay at the Bookline Courtyard the next time I am in Boston."

Some electrical outlets didn’t work. I waited 20 minutes for the shared bathroom. 6 or more rooms to one bathroom. Paint was peeling, tiles were cracked. For the price, I would expect better, considering that I had to share a bathroom. "
