"I suspect units are different but my unit was terrible. The Bluebird staff did not reply let alone fix the issues. Water was not hot, just a little warm, property had a hole in the wall, broken chair, broken lamp shade, broken venetian blind, Wi-fi log in was incorrect and the staff never provided the correct site and password. Basically just a bed. "

There was no hand soap, and there was hair everywhere--behind the door, in front of the toilet, in front of the tub, etc. I had already unpacked for a 2 week stay in town, or I'd have moved.
