"I had a great overall experience at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Good amenities and atmosphere.
The only downside was the check-in process, which was delayed and took longer than expected.
Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfort and quality for long trips."

"The unit was very dated with many items either simply not working or is a state of disrepair. Specifically, the A/C was not working upon arrival. Also, the toaster and coffee machine were not working and we did not receive a replacement until the day prior to checkout.
The bathroom in the master room was also in poor shape and poorly laid out. The toilet seat was loose to the point of detaching from the toilet and the blow dryer only worked in one setting. The shower is less than 3 foot by...

"Modern Room w/ a nice balcony view and close to the metro and many restaurants in the area. The staff is friendly and accommodating with any request you may have. I will be sure to stay here again next time I visit DC again."

"For us the property was perfect. The kitchen had a coffee maker, toaster, electric water kettle, silverware, plates, cups, and glasses. We did use a glass casserole dish to bake some pastries for breakfast. I didn't see any cookie sheets or pans for stove top cooking but that was fine for us as we were there five days and didn't plan to do much cooking other than breakfast or heating up leftovers in the microwave.
The property was close to the White House and a couple blocks from the Metro...
