"Clean room but firm bed. Too many large lights over the desk area made it less practical. Excellent staff. Basic rooms with walking showers are great but upgrade rooms with a shower over the bath are actually a downgrade in my opinion. Breakfast is very basic and staff did not have a shared understanding ..."
