"This was such a lovely hotel. The first place we stayed on arriving in Japan and it left a lasting, very happy, impression. They gave us a beautiful room with a view of the sky tree tower to celebrate a special occasion, and were extremely helpful when I temporarily misplaced our passports and lost my glasses! I would definitely book another stay here. Thank you to the staff at Asakusa Tobu!"

From the moment I arrived, the staff provided excellent customer service, they were welcoming, attentive, and truly made me feel taken care of throughout my entire stay. The food was incredible. I highly recommend including the breakfast option because it was delicious and such a great way to start the day. Dinner was just as amazing, with high-quality dishes that exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights was definitely the onsen experience—it was so relaxing and beautifully maintained. All of the amenities were top-tier, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience."

"The Breakfast Buffet was awesome, they had different options everyday. Even on the busier days it was not too long of a wait to be seated. The room was spacious and well maintained. We had an ocean-view room and it was awesome. There was construction going on but it occurred later in the day when we were not on property. The staff was so helpful and very friendly. There was a free shuttle from the hotel to Maihama Station which was the gateway to get into Tokyo. Took about 20 minutes to get to Tokyo Station. They have a schedule posted in the hotel lobby. There was also a free shuttle from the hotel to the Disney Parks Station. Overall, a very beautiful hotel!!"
