Everything is false advertising. It's a complete dump, no fridge, no microwave, no clean anything, the towels were stained and not even white, the room wreaked of cigarettes especially the bed, the lock was broken, the whole bathroom covered in mold and the wall falling off and wholes in it. Chicago Club Inn & Suites
Room was nice. Hotel staff seemed not friendly. Almost like it was a inconvenience to help us. Breakfast could have had more food to the amount of people there.
