"The whole experience was flawless. The property is impeccable down the last blade of grass. Absolutely recommend this place for a stay on the lake. The water access is literally out front for easy on and off boating via their dock. If you’re staying here you also get access to the separate beach club area. The rooms are large and elegant in design staff all super friendly and helpful. We will be back. ."

"We booked last minute and thus it costed us more, but we were absolutely delighted during our stay. The communication with host was simple and they always responded instantly. Location of the property is amazing. Very close to the Sarenna- Esino train station. Could not have found a better place."

"Great small hotel. Breakfast every morning overlooking the lake was wonderful. The primary staff who was there was Alice and she was helpful and friendly. A couple things to note is this is about a 15 minute walk into town and 20 minutes to the train. If you have a lot of luggage, consider a taxi, the staff will arrange a taxi, just do that ahead of time. Getting from town to town was easy via the ferry. Great spot to relax after a packed tour of other areas in Italy. The only negative thing I can think of is that our bed wasn't super comfortable and the pillows were small and flat."

"We loved our stay. It was a convenient location. It was very beneficial to be close to ferry, train and town. We had the luxury of a beautiful view and balcony. the place was very clean and the size was perfect. Would definitely recommend it. The only suggestions we have are: answer phone calls or voice mail, explain how to get off train and walk to residence (we had luggage and had to walk down and then up stairs), have at least 3 rolls of toilet paper, especially if we're paying to stay for more than 3 nights add a frying pan and pot holder. Otherwise, we loved our stay. We never met a staff member or had spoken to anyone. My phone broke and we did not have the code to get inside. I had written down the phone number and tried calling for help. Luckily our daughter is tech squad after sitting outside panicked for 20 minutes, she was able to het code number to enter from hotel.com"
