This is more like bed and breakfast as its family owned, and the apartment has belonged to one family for over 200 yrs. It's a very loved and very well taken care of hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast. Its conveniently located with walking distance to all attractions. Highly recommend ."

"We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The hotel staff were super friendly and very helpful.
Spacious rooms, with nice spacious bathrooms and big beds. Our room had two balconies and the best view of the square.

"An absolutely stunning property! The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the renovation are remarkable — every corner of the building feels special. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. We especially loved the rooftop terrace with its breathtaking view of the city and Mount Vesuvius — such a unique highlight! "Es war ein hervorragender Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt wunderbar gelegen mitten in der Altstadt von Napoli. Der nicht vorhandene Aufzug (aus Denkmalschutzgründen) läßt einen kein schlechtes Gewissen aufgrund der vielen Pizzas vor Ort haben :-). Gennaro war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und ausreichend groß! Alleinig allem ein sehr perfekter Aufenthalt. Preis - Leistung auch mit dem Frühstück an der angrenzenden Bar ist wirklich ausgezeichnet!
